Welcome to Print Joy Digital. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit our website, purchase our products or otherwise use our services.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
1. About Print Joy Digital
Print Joy Digital is an online retailer offering colourful, creative and feel-good products, including gifts, clothing, accessories, homeware and other items featuring our designs and character collections.
Our online store is operated using the Shopify ecommerce platform.
2. Our Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Because many products are printed or manufactured on demand, minor variations in colour, positioning, dimensions or finish may also occur.
Please read the relevant product description, sizing information and other details carefully before ordering.
3. Print-on-Demand & Production Partners
Many Print Joy Digital products are made especially after an order is placed.
We work with third-party production and fulfilment partners, which may include Gelato, Printify, OwnPrint and other approved suppliers.
Depending on the product ordered, these partners may manufacture, print, package and/or ship your purchase directly to you on our behalf.
As different products may be produced at different facilities, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your delivery address and contact information.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order where, for example, there is an obvious pricing error, the product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or we are legally unable to supply the product.
If we cannot fulfil your order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website in the currency indicated during your shopping experience.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed where appropriate before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or the payment providers made available during checkout.
6. Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times may be displayed on product pages or during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, customs processing and periods of unusually high demand, may affect delivery.
If you experience a significant delay, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Your legal rights concerning delivery are not affected.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return an eligible product or request a refund are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Return & Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
In particular, being produced on demand does not by itself remove statutory cancellation rights that would otherwise apply. Different rules may apply to genuinely personalised or custom-made products where permitted by law.
9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrectly produced or not the item you ordered, please contact us promptly.
We may ask you to provide your order number, photographs and other reasonable information so that we can investigate the problem.
Where applicable, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Print Joy Digital name, branding, original artwork, characters, illustrations, graphics and other original creative material used on our website and products are owned by us or used with appropriate permission.
Purchasing one of our products does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold as artwork, uploaded to another print-on-demand service or used commercially without appropriate written permission.
11. Personal Use
Physical products purchased from our store are generally intended for personal use or ordinary gifting unless otherwise stated.
You must not reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork printed on our products without permission from the applicable rights holder.
12. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional offers or special prices.
Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements, expiry dates or other conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse, subject to applicable law.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, use our website for unlawful purposes, or infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others.
14. Third-Party Services
Our store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, production partners and delivery companies.
Some parts of your shopping experience may therefore also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.

16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, these terms do not exclude any protections provided to you by applicable consumer law.

The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

If Print Joy Digital is operated from England and Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers living elsewhere.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available under applicable law.
